Our Red Wine Vinegar is made for VA Clare Valley and sourced from 70-year-old Grenache grape vines.

After fermentation, the vinegar is stored in oak barrels for up to 8 years.

When used in roasts, gravies and mixed with olive oil for salads, its distinctive flavour enhances the dish and surprises the taste buds.
