Our Wines

We have plantings of Riesling, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon vines, which are varieties best suited to the Clare Valley and we purchase other locally grown varieties from time to time. These vines were plantes in 2001 on terra rossa , loam & sandstone soils. This , combined with good management practices , has been instrumental in achieving the accolades so bestowed on this young , but productive vinyard. Our 2006 Premium SHIRAZ and CABERNET SAUVIGNON achieved a 4 star ( silver) rating in the Winestate Magazine competition one week after being bottled. They are being released in June 2008.

Rose

These wines are presented as an alternative for those wine lovers who like something different. Cabernet Sauvignon grapes have been used to give a distinctive style of ripe plums and apple flavours enhanced by spicy aromas. A great lunchtime drink, but should be served chilled.
